Position Description:

  • Building a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities; qualifying and closing business to meet with sales target
  • Winning new logos and gain market segment share in new accounts; expanding market share in existing accounts
  • Collaborate with channel partners to design customized solutions for business development.
  • Enable channel partners in the territory to expand market coverage and win the business.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above degree in Electronics, CS, Applied Math, Physics etc related majors
  • At least 5-8 years technical sales experience, especially CAE/CAD/EDA software sales or project-driven sales preferred; understanding of software licensing models.
  • Enterprise and geography sales experience in Automotive, 5G/RF, hyperscale, HPC/computing, industrial/IoT etc technology area.
  • Deep understanding of engineering simulation and analysis, knowledge in electronic design chain, system design and related ecosystem is preferred
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within clients
  • Proven track record in the experience on channel partner enablement and partner relationship management.
  • Examining Market and proactively generating new opportunities 
  • Consistent over-achiever, Self-motivated
  • Good in communication and presentation
  • Could communicate in English as working language
  • Frequent travel required.
