- Lead purchasing activities for new vehicle projects, ensuring QCD performance.
- Represent the Purchasing Department in Program and CVE Committees.
- Build and manage sourcing plans and supplier strategies.
- Coordinate with RNPO and local/global purchasing teams.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure milestone achievement and contract commitments.
- Lead the implementation of Monozukuri and Design to Cost initiatives.
- Animate and manage the Project Buyers Team.
- Ensure proper handover to mass production teams.
- Report project indicators and QCD performance to GPPM.
- Capitalize on project learnings and share best practices across teams.
Software Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of automotive purchasing processes and supplier management.
- Knowledge of QCD principles and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with industrialization phases and vehicle development cycles.
- Experience with tools such as ANPQP, ARC/ASC, and Design to Cost.
- Understanding of global sourcing and localization strategies.
- Project Management (e.g., PMP or similar as Agile Methodology) – desirable.
- Knowledge of Design to Cost, Cost Campaign, and Monozukuri methodologies.
- Familiarity with QCD tools and automotive sourcing processes.

Experience:
- Experience in project management and purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Master’s degree is a plus.

- Additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Spanish) are a plus
