Role Definition
Provides technical and consulting support for compliance programs and processes and conducts compliance audits to identify and address opportunities for improvement. Engineering Process lean advisor for engineering process optimization and streamlining.
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and monitoring compliance strategies, policies, and guidelines across the organization.
- Reporting to management on identification of any compliance issues and providing appropriate resolution to address those issues.
- Organizing internal audit, investigating compliance issues, and providing solutions on quality and compliance issues.
- Monitoring and reviewing regulations and policies to update compliance requirement, and adjust organizational procedures to assure compliance.
- Establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Engineering process development, optimization, maintenance according to the requirement
- SEM Hardware and standard parts management, including development, maintenance, simplification
- SEM technical standard development, maintenance
