We’re on the lookout for a proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our vibrant team and play a pivotal role in supporting multiple teams within our Research & Development Solutions (R&DS) Marketing Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the project management and logistics of our multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing operations team to ensure seamless execution of landing pages, email blasts, graphic requests, and other campaign elements. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate webinar logistics will be critical to the success of our marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and sharing data to enhance our analytics dashboards and inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Logistics: Oversee the trafficking and logistics of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and execution of all tactical elements.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Operations: Interface with the marketing operations team to coordinate landing pages, email blasts, graphic requests, and other campaign needs.
  • Task Prioritization and Project Management: Prioritize tasks and manage the expectations of stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Webinar Coordination: Handle the logistics of webinars, including scheduling, promotion, and technical setup.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect relevant data for our analytics dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and share insights with the team to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and managing inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing and project management.
  • CRO Industry experience highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with MS Office and Smartsheet and other tools.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $68,900.00 - $114,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
