Job Description:

What you will do to contribute to the company's success 

  • Provides direction to a team of Software QA Engineers.

  • Engages with clients, end users, and business partners to understand problems and issues with software development and deployment.

  • Works with product and engineering teams to define testing requirements and develop test cases.

  • Prepares budget, manpower, and other resource estimates for assigned tasks.

  • Oversees team efforts to design and develop test plans and cases based on functional and design specifications.

  • Oversees team efforts to develops computer programs and scripts to automate functional tests.

  • Oversees team efforts to executes test cases and analyzes results.

  • Uses monitoring and reporting tools to provide quality metrics.
    Investigates, triages, and troubleshoots identified issues.

  • Prepares documentation, feasibility, and testing studies to ensure adherence to standards and other requirements.

  • Monitors testing activity to identify and ensure issues are resolved in a timely and sustainable fashion.

  • Maintains and communicates testing timelines, schedules, and status reports.

  • Ensures adherence to secure coding practices and testing requirements.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in QA, with a focus on web applications and mobile apps.

  • Strong background in automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Appium, or similar.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Understanding of concepts in programming languages such as ASP.Net, HTML, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
