Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also contributing to the development of new features that meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and ensuring the quality of the application through rigorous testing and validation processes, all while adhering to best practices in software development. Key Responsibilities: - Should be able to handle issues raised related to SF SM and CDP and PMGM module independently - Should be involved in reviewing the SuccessFactors Modules releases - Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts - Work with the Business Users process owners to identify the requirements design & ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines Technical Experience: - Deep Understanding of Succession Tools and Career Development Plan, Career Worksheet, Mentoring Program and Competencies - Deep Understanding of Goal Management, Performance Management, CPM, 360 forms and Calibration - Ability to work on Job Profile Builder - Troubleshooting user and configuration issues for the Module - Experience in using the reporting tool to build reports for the said module - Experience with Data Models and Language Translation tools in SF - Have been part of SI/AMS teams implemented/supported LMS Professional Experience: - Understanding of Configurations involved in SM and CDP and PMGM module - Reporting expertise like Canvas and Story for SM and CDP and PMGM module Educational Qualification: - 15/16 years full time education Additional Information: - Ability to work across different shifts as per the business requirement - Effective communication to be able to handle client calls - Demonstrate stakeholder management skills and flexibility
