Job Description:
The Air Freight Solutions Supervisor creates and delivers customized transportation and supply chain solutions for UPS core and external customers, with a strong focus on Healthcare shipping requirements. This role generates non‑package revenue and strengthens customer relationships by enabling UPS to act as a single‑source provider for air freight, cold chain, and non‑cold chain logistics solutions. The position leads customer solution projects end‑to‑end, including the development, documentation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support compliant execution of Healthcare shipments. Serving as a subject matter expert, the Supervisor ensures alignment across operations, commercial, and external partners, while coaching team members and customer‑facing stakeholders to support reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions

Working hours: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Afterhours coverage may also be needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,560/year to $119,640/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
