Responsible for providing support to internal customers on purchasing processes and supports buyers. Manages product and supplier data entered within the purchasing system. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Communicates procurement policies and processes to internal customers.
Reviews contracts from Legal and creates corresponding contract line items in the system.
Manages shared email Inbox. Loads contracts and processes requisitions. Updates the intranet site and associated documents.
Manages the accuracy and integrity of all information entered into the system, including product information, commodity coding, price validations, and activation dates.
Reviews and approves requisitions and purchase order invoices.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or related field
1+ years of experience in customer service, purchasing administrative support related to the appropriate category
In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of experience in customer service, purchasing administrative support related to the appropriate category

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
