We are seeking an experienced, hands-on process optimization leader who leverages multiple inputs—process observations, data, industry benchmarks, and other sources—to drive tangible, measurable results. This role blends hands-on, individual contributor work with leadership responsibilities, requiring direct involvement in observing business processes and analyzing data while guiding a high-performing team. You will begin by using observations and data to identify root causes and to define data models that quantify product outcomes and illuminate optimization opportunities across RESL (Real Estate Lending). With deep Residential Lending domain knowledge, you’ll translate insights from process observations, data, and benchmarks into actionable recommendations, influence decisions, leading to measurable optimization across RESL. The leader will head a team delivering cross-RESL optimization and performance insights maintaining a relentless focus on OKRs and KPIs, regularly sharing progress, optimization recommendations and results in executive forums.
You will generate and surface process observations supported by data-driven insights that reveal optimization opportunities across Residential Lending, translating them into prioritized, actionable actions with clear owners and expected impact. Design, implement, and maintain data models and dashboards that quantify product outcomes and map to optimization levers and business objectives. Lead a team delivering cross-RESL insights and prioritized optimization efforts ensuring tangible improvements. Establish an insights-to-action framework: diagnose root causes, quantify uplift, propose next-best steps, and track realization and impact. Collaborate to inform Target State operations design with insights and experience.
This role requires strong thought leadership, clear communication and storytelling, and collaboration across functions at all levels to ensure a cohesive, data-driven approach to understanding our business and guiding decision-making. Credibility and influence with senior leadership are critical, as is high emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans, navigate ambiguity, and foster collaboration across diverse teams to ensure impactful and efficient outcomes.
