About the Role:
At AlayaCare, design is more than aesthetics—it's a catalyst for meaningful change in healthcare. As a Product Designer, you won’t just shape interfaces; you’ll empower frontline workers to deliver life-saving care. Collaborate directly with users—including nurses, clinical managers, and personal support staff—to develop simple yet powerful digital solutions that empower frontline staff to deliver exceptional care to their patients.
Work closely with product managers and directors to innovate and refine products that enhance the quality of care and improve patient outcomes. Join us in our mission to revolutionize healthcare by providing tools that ensure every patient receives the best possible care. This isn't just a job—it's a chance to make a real-world impact where it matters most. You’ll have the chance to grow alongside Senior and Staff Designers, work on end-to-end feature design, contribute to a scalable design system, and develop strategic design leadership skills.
If you're passionate about design and eager to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you! Apply today and help shape the future of healthcare technology.
