Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active leadership in coordinating efforts across multiple groups, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions that align with business priorities. The role also includes continuous evaluation of project progress and adapting strategies to meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in software development environments.
- Experience in guiding teams through iterative development cycles and continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within teams to maintain a productive work atmosphere.
- Skilled in coordinating with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Competence in assessing software architecture for scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
