About the Role

该岗位负责营销员渠道关爱客户再开发相关工作,包括孤儿单开发模式设计与优化,关爱客户专员管理与孤儿单加保转化推动,跨渠道老客户加保开发

岗位职责:
1、孤儿单开发模式设计与优化
(1)分析孤儿单客户标签和画像、孤儿单开发数据,识别服务现状及开发痛点,搭建并持续优化孤儿单分配模型
(2)监测资源分发与回流数据,不断根据效率分析及客户再开发数据迭代优化
2、关爱客户专员管理与孤儿单加保转化
(1)负责客户关爱专员的队伍建设和培育,通过客户关爱专员培训、荣誉体系等,赋能客户关爱专员,推动孤儿单加保转化
(2)设计并不断优化迭代孤儿单客户开发工具,推动孤儿单加保转化的效率提升
3、跨渠道老客户加保开发
(1)根据客户全旅程接触点,并结合业务推动及产品开发节奏,策划客户专属线上线下活动、产品、工具和权益体系,优化和提升客户价值
(2)建立总分客户营销交流平台,强化经验总结和分享机制,提升分公司客户营销能力
 

任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历
2、5年以上寿险个险经验,对个险业务及客户经营的逻辑有深刻理解(同时具备前线和中台经验者优先)
3、良好的数据和实战案例的洞察能力
4、强烈的目标感
5、良好的组织协调、项目推进和授课演讲能力
