JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop Operational Plans

CM to prepare components of the organization that clearly define actions it will take to support the strategic objectives and plans of Regional management. Country Manager to ensure that all aspects of the business operate smoothly. CM has to ensure that the business in country affiliate adheres to all country regulations and cultural guidelines. CM also to develop plans for company & people growth for future

Implement effective Brand Strategies

Country Manager is responsible for building company’s brand in Bangladesh. CM is to devise a mechanism of effective advertising and promotional plans and remain involved in product positioning and global brand marketing development with his team

Generate Progress Reports

Country Manager is to continually assess company progress, sales and marketing successes and compile reports to submit to superiors in corporate headquarters. CM present reports regarding budgets, sales growth or declines, new business leads and regulatory compliance.

Recruit, Train & Mentor Staff

It is the prime responsibility of the Country Manager to oversee the hiring and training of staff in Bangladesh. Country Manager can be involved in staff selection, training development, scheduling and ongoing professional development of employees.

Customer Relationship

Establish, develop and maintain relationships with Key opinion leaders that can benefit from Abbott products after assessing their needs to drive market

Handle Distributors

CM is expected to oversee activities of all distributors in Bangladesh. Monitor their progress on budgets allocated. Train their staff on company products and plan joint visits to customers
