The Business Support Specialist works closely with the Abbott Structural Heart (SH) Division to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The role supports divisional leadership and the broader SH organization in Poland and the CEE region, contributing to the effective execution of business and marketing plans, internal communications, and key organizational activities.
What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to the Country Manager / Leadership Team of the Structural Heart Division in Poland and CEE.
Deliver technical and administrative support to the Structural Heart business in Poland.
Organize and coordinate internal meetings, trainings, and events for the Poland and CEE region.
Support the organization and coordination of Structural Heart marketing activities and events in Poland.
Assist customers and healthcare professionals attending international events such as congresses and symposia.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements in line with Abbott Structural Heart procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of product experiences in accordance with Structural Heart Division requirements.
Required Qualifications and Background:
Fluent Polish and English language skills.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Very good communication skills and strong time management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role will be considered an advantage.
