What You Will Do *

Integrate with Pratt & Whitney's Propulsion Systems Analysis team to develop and validate AI models for use in engine performance modeling and analysis.

What You Will Learn

Fundamental gas turbine engine physics and toolsets used to design and analyze gas turbine engines.

Business communications & presentation skills.

Qualifications You Must Have *

Must be currently enrolled at

  • East Hartford AOE

  • Hartford Public High School (HPHS)

  • Pathways Academy of Technology & Design

  • New Britain MET

Rising seniors (summer between 11th & 12th grade)

Minimum of a 2.5 GPA

Commitment to all dates and times of the internship

Must be at least 16 years of age

Must be a US Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident/"green card" holder

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
