Partner Development Manager

Analog Devices is building a world class Partner Program and team and is seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to drive measurable outcomes with priority partners, in close alignment with internal stakeholders across Sales and the Vertical Business Units. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing joint partner plans, tracking and driving progress against agreed success metrics, ensuring cross‑functional alignment, and advocating internally for the value and impact of the ADI partner program.

Role & Responsibility

This is an internal and external facing partner development role responsible for driving outcomes with priority partners while aligning with VBU stakeholders who manage their own partner relationships.

  • Drive agreed joint outcomes with priority partners, including progress against milestones, enablement completion, and go‑to‑market activity where applicable.
  • Partner with VBU stakeholders to support alignment, best practices, and escalation for partners they own, without taking over day‑to‑day relationship responsibility.
  • Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, business units, and partners to ensure partner and ADI alignment.
  • Internal facing with VBUs, Sales and other stakeholders to highlight program benefits and tell the ‘why partner with ADI’ story.
  • Track and drive progress against agreed partner success metrics, providing clear visibility into partnership health and escalating risks or gaps as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Limerick, Ireland
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline required. Formal business training (e.g. MBA) is a plus.
  • 4+ years’ experience in similar or adjacent role with demonstrated understanding of the business value of partner programs.
  • Background in semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially minded but focused on value exchange between partners.
  • Proven experience driving measurable outcomes through partners, including tracking progress against goals, milestones, or performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and seniority levels without direct authority.
  • Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills, with experience escalating and resolving partner issues in a structured, outcomes‑focused manner.
