Key Responsibilities:  

• Project Setup and Implementation: 

• Setting up and configuring new equipment for pilot runs or production lines.  

• Installing and testing prototypes or new product components.  

• Preparing production areas for new projects, including layout and material organization.   

• Technical Support: 

• Troubleshooting technical issues during project implementation.  

• Identifying and resolving problems with machinery or processes.  

• Assisting engineers in designing and modifying production processes.   

• Quality Control: 

• Conducting quality checks on products during production runs.  Monitoring and documenting quality metrics to identify potential issues.  

• Implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards.   

• Data Collection and Analysis: 

• Gathering data on production performance and process parameters.  

• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.  Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.   

• Documentation and Reporting: 

• Maintaining accurate documentation of project progress, including technical specifications, process changes, and test results. 

• Creating detailed reports on project status, issues, and solutions.   

• Collaboration and Communication: 

• Working closely with engineers, production personnel, and project managers to ensure project success.  

• Communicating project updates and potential challenges to relevant teams.   

• Safety and Compliance:  

• Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations during project execution.  

• Identifying and reporting safety hazards.  

Qualifications & Competencies:  

• Diploma or related Certification in civil/project systems, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry.  

• Strong knowledge of Civil / Project / Electrical / HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical equipment.  

• Familiarity with master schedule, planner, material construction and possess the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.  

• Experience in construction systems within a Cleanroom environment.  

• Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and protocols.  

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
