THE WORK:

• Work in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely. Play a key role in coordinating and managing Business Transformation projects.
• Support Clients in generating business value from digital solutions powered by SAP.
• Work closely with Clients, support requirements discovery & gathering. Transform requirements into best-in-class solutions and harmonized & innovative business models. Enable Clients transformation into Intelligent Enterprises powered by digital solutions.
• Support practice leadership and global sales team efforts to identify and win project opportunities.
• Help to build and grow the Digital Core Practice within Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe in Accenture.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience in one of the Industries: High Tech, Telco & Media or Software & Platforms.
• 2 years of experience in ERP systems implementation (e.g. SAP/S4): solution roadmap development, design, project management, testing, cutover and hypercare management, data migrations.
• Alternatively, 3+ years of experience as ERP system end user in one of the following: Ext Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Quality Management, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Finance and Controlling.
• Business process knowledge in Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash or Master Data Governance.
• Interest in Consulting work related to Digital Transformation:
  • business process designs,
  • data harmonization, standardization and consolidation,
  • requirements gathering & discovery,
  • test management and automation.
• Great knowledge of English.
   

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in Consulting or SAP Industry Solutions would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of German, French or Dutch.
• Extra points if you are a dedicated team player with fantastic communication skills.
