Job Description Summary:

The LPN provides to individuals and groups nursing care requiring the application of basic knowledge of the biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences at the direction of a registered nurse or any of the following who is authorized to practice in the state: a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner.
Functions include but are not limited to, clerical responsibilities, patient care functions, PI data collection, STAT registration, and restocking.

Minimum Qualifications:

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of NursingNational Council of State Boards of NursingNational Council of State Boards of Nursing

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed Practical Nurse licensed and in good standing in the State of Ohio BLS required Basic EKG Course preferred or must obtain within 12 months from date of hire Must successfully complete IV certification course
