Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Asset Protection serves as the primary business and product leader for Walmart’s Asset Protection platform. This role is responsible for product ownership, vendor partnership, and enterprise enablement, ensuring the platform evolves to meet enterprise priorities on a large scale. The Senior Manager partners with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, intuitive, and field-ready solutions that drive adoption and improve outcomes across the organization.
What you'll do...
- Serve as the primary product owner and business lead for the Asset Protection platforms.
- Drive alignment between Asset Protection priorities and platform strategy, capabilities, and roadmap.
- Partner with internal teams (Asset Protection, Technology, Legal, Operations) to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead vendor engagement to ensure quality delivery, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Engage directly with users and leaders to drive adoption, gather feedback, and champion platform improvements.
- Present platform capabilities to field teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Manage multiple initiatives and workstreams, ensuring successful rollout, change management, and optimization
- Ensure solutions balance usability, compliance, and risk management.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a product owner, platform lead, or product manager for technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong background in partnering with SaaS vendors, influencing roadmaps, and driving measurable outcomes.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities for technical and non-technical teams.
- Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, including integrations, dependencies, and releases.
- User-centric mindset focused on simplifying workflows and improving adoption.
- Confidence in presenting and representing products to field teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
- Effective influencer who builds alignment across diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
- Adaptability and comfort with evolving priorities in a dynamic business environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Production/Operations Management, or related field and 4 years’ experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
