Accenture's Management Consultants are typically involved in various projects for our clients including banks, insurance companies, automotive clients or telco companies.

We are seeking an experienced consultant with a strong background in change management and ideally prior consulting experience. The role involves driving transformation initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support change management activities across projects.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement solutions.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication plans.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in change management; consulting experience preferred.

• Strong skills in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Proactive, self-organized, and curious to learn.

• Native Czech or Slovak language proficiency and excellent command of English. German language is an advantage.
