Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Camunda BPM, BPMN/DMN, front-end dev (HTML/CSS/JS), REST integration
- Strong experience with Camunda BPM platform (BPMN, DMN, CMMN).
- Knowledge of Camunda Modeler and process deployment.
- Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like Angular or React if used in project).
- Ability to build task forms and integrate them with Camunda.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and connecting workflows to SAP or external systems.
- Understanding of BPM principles and workflow orchestration.
- Camunda Modeler, Java (for service tasks)."
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and process management.
- Experience with Java and Spring framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Design BPMN workflows, develop UI forms, integrate with SAP and APIs
- Design and implement Camunda BPM workflows for business processes in the IBB R2 solution.
- Develop front-end components (e.g., forms, UI screens) integrated with Camunda tasks.
- Configure process orchestration using BPMN and DMN models.
- Integrate workflows with SAP systems and other services via REST APIs."
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Camunda BPM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
