The Opportunity:

The Assistant Vice President, Partnership Success is a senior client‑facing leader responsible for the health, performance, and long‑term success of strategic partnerships. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, strong governance, and measurable outcomes aligned to client and organizational goals.

This position is based onsite in Boston and partners closely with cross‑functional leaders across Client Delivery, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Growth to drive value, retention, and expansion within assigned partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Strategy

  • Serve as the executive point of contact for assigned enterprise partnerships, building strong, trust‑based relationships with C‑suite and senior client leaders
  • Own partnership health, client satisfaction, retention, and growth strategies
  • Translate client goals into actionable operating plans, ensuring alignment across delivery teams
  • Proactively identify risks, escalations, and opportunities; lead resolution with confidence and urgency

Operational & Performance Leadership

  • Partner with internal operations and delivery leaders to ensure performance against contractual SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets
  • Lead executive business reviews, governance forums, and strategic planning sessions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes, operational efficiency, and scalability
  • Ensure disciplined execution, clear accountability, and data‑driven decision‑making

People & Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Partnership Success leaders and team members
  • Foster collaboration across Client Delivery, Process Optimization, Finance, Technology, and Growth teams
  • Model executive presence, accountability, and partnership‑first leadership behaviors

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Client Delivery, Operations, Revenue Cycle, or Partnership Management
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise‑level client relationships
  • Strong financial, operational, and performance management acumen
  • Proven executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience within healthcare, revenue cycle, or complex services environments
  • Background supporting multi‑site or large health system partnerships
  • Experience driving transformation, optimization, or large‑scale change initiatives

  • This position pays between: $180,000 – $220,000
