Job Description

  • Manages air hub sort and load activities for Intra Asia volume and long-haul operations to and from worldwide.
    • Ensures accurate package sorting and proper loading aligned with daily flight plans and network service requirements
    • Supervises Hub Sort teams and vendor partners to maintain safety, service, and productivity standards that support aircraft departure reliability/utilization.
    • Works closely with Air Operations, Feeder, Dispatch, and hub teams to execute operational plans that protect service commitments
    • Partners with HR, TSG, Base Operations, and Air Operations to ensure workforce readiness, equipment availability, facility preparedness, and overall operational safety
    • Leads initiatives to achieve zero safety incidents and full compliance with regulatory and company procedures
    • Reviews and analyzes daily operational reports to manage service performance, productivity, and adherence to flight schedules
    • Conducts hub presort briefings to communicate aircraft requirements, dispatch updates, coordination items, and operational priorities
    • Manages cost performance and ensures CPP cost per piece targets are achieved
    • Identifies efficiency opportunities in labor, vendor utilization, equipment use, and process improvements to optimize cost while sustaining service quality
    • Oversees contingency planning and makes real time decisions during disruptions such as weather events, absence spikes, or air traffic restrictions
    • Coordinates with regional and global network control teams to minimize service impact and maintain operational continuity
    • Supports special sort activities, volume surges, and peak season plans across APAC while ensuring safety, service, and productivity commitments are met

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics or related discipline.
  • More than 5 years of related experience, with 3 year in management level, preferably from transportation, logistics, or Airlines industry and in MNC.
  • Good command of English (both writing and speaking)
  • Good knowledge of airlines/cargo/warehouse management.
  • Familiar with international air routes.
