Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead, analyzing business process design, and implementing software configuration and customization solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. - Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. - Collaborate with the Configuration Lead to analyze business process design. - Develop and implement software configuration and customization solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP BOPF. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing software configuration and customization solutions. - Knowledge of business process design and application requirements. - Familiarity with SAP ABAP Development for HANA best practices. - Experience with software version control systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - No specific education requirements.
