18 months experience as an Artisan -
Statutory requirement:
Permit to work acceptance (As recipient / executor) where applicable
Basic rigging as per area needs, scaffold user training, behavior based safety training, basic OSH act course (2 days)
Basic computer literacy (basic navigation e.g. ESS)
Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job
Must have a strong knowledge and understanding Health and Safety rules, regulations and processes
Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of Statutory Governance Requirements
Must have a strong knowledge of Maximo, Navision and the Google suite of products
Knowledge of all SHE Induction procedures and Plant specific safety
Computer literacy
Overhead crane
Lifting equipment and inspection procedure
Yard crane
Lubrication systems and principles
Specialized gasket installation procedures
Insulation requirements
Basic knowledge of production process
Maintain and repair heat exchanger systems, vessels, columns and fin-fans
