Job Description: 

Position Summary

Responsible for managing and maintaining the marketing platform at Agency Ingram Micro. Ensures timely resolution of marketing-related cases, adheres to SLA requirements, and performs various operational and transactional tasks. His/her role includes supporting marketing managers through case management, billing, sales order creation, suppliers invoice payments, claims coordination, and troubleshooting. She/He also provides proactive solutions to address issues across all marketing functions, ensuring efficient and comprehensive support.

Supporting Actions:

  • Respond to calls and email inquiries from in‑country partners within defined service levels, providing information related to marketing executions.

  • Provide proactive solutions to issues or concerns across all marketing functions, including platform use, to effectively meet support needs.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments, AIM subgroups, and the Marketing Accounting Team to resolve in‑country counterpart queries efficiently. Manage and monitor marketing activities, contracts, and Help Desk tickets, and prepare activity reports as needed.

  • Identify solutions and deliver real‑time support for campaigns and program executions, including those involving SAP and other marketing tools.

  • Process requests requiring the handling and management of internal and external documents and communications based on business requirements.

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to support process accuracy.

  • Record daily tasks in internal trackers and logs to ensure comprehensive monitoring of productivity.

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement

  • Graduate of a 4-year course with minimum one-year applicable job experience; Degree may be substituted for up to 2-3 years of experience in similar process environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, cross-functional responsibilities and meet completion deadlines.

  • Should be knowledgeable in other software/tools such as: SAP, Podio, Web App like: Cisco, HPE & HPI, Microsoft and Dell

  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially but not limited to the following: MS Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Basic knowledge of billing, budgeting and financial tracking.

  • Capable of handling sensitive information and with discretion and confidentiality.

Work Setup: Hybrid 2-week (10days) RTO per month
