Job Summary

The Brand Operations Manager is an onsite role responsible for enabling and executing brand initiatives through strong operational support, logistics coordination, and cross-functional execution. This role ensures brand events, activations, office support needs, and sales enablement requests are planned, organized, and delivered seamlessly. Acting as a connective tissue between Brand, Sales, and Operations, the Brand Operations Manager helps turn ideas into execution while keeping the brand running efficiently behind the scenes.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Brand & Experiential Operations 

  • Support brand activations, events, pop-ups, internal brand moments, and experiential initiatives. 

  • Coordinate logistics for events including product, swag, displays, shipping, setup, and breakdown. 

  • Track event materials and inventory to ensure readiness and minimize waste or duplication. 

  • Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives. 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Sales & Sample Enablement 

  • Manage incoming sample product requests from Sales and cross-functional partners. 

  • Coordinate sample fulfillment, inventory tracking, and shipment logistics. 

  • Serve as a point of contact to ensure brand materials and samples are delivered accurately and on time. 

Office & Operational Support 

  • Support office operations as needed, including supplies, vendors, and light facilities coordination. 

  • Assist with planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and brand-related office needs. 

  • Work regularly in BRCC Warehouse for Branding operation needs 

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Act as an operational partner to Brand, Sales, and Operations teams. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute initiatives efficiently. 

  • Identify process improvements to streamline brand operations and reduce friction. 

Vendor & Budget Support 

  • Support vendor coordination related to events, branding materials, and office needs. 

  • Assist with tracking spend, invoices, and budgets related to brand operations. 

  • Ensure operational needs are met within approved budgets and timelines. 

 

Education and Skill Requirements 

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand operations, marketing operations, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related operational role. 

  • 50%+ travel requirements 

  • Forklift Certified a plus 

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Experience supporting events, brand activations, or sales enablement initiatives. 

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

  • Strong attention to detail with a bias toward execution and follow-through. 

  • Experience working with vendors, logistics, and operational workflows. 

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements 

This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events. 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment. 

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. 

  • Light to moderate lifting is required. 

  • Ability to uphold the stress of traveling. 

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate. 

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). 

  • Ability to work in a confined area. 

  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
