About The Opportunity

We are looking for an entry-to-mid level Accounting Clerk to join our onsite Rocklin team in a hybrid capacity, with a mix of in-office and remote work. This role is best suited for someone earlier in their career who is eager to learn, build on-the-job experience, and grow with a team that collaborates and helps one another. You will be part of a supportive team environment with training and clear processes to help you ramp up and become successful. 

About The Role

This position provides hands-on Cash Accounting/Reconciliation, administrative support, and front-line customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include data entry, responding to customer/vendor inquiries, and maintaining accurate records with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail while following company procedures and guidelines. Accounting tasks include daily entry of payments received and mailing commission checks.

What You Will Bring

• Prior office experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling agency and customer interactions

• A customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support

• Ability to review policy and account information, spot potential issues, and escalate appropriately when needed

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and navigate multiple systems

• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with equipment such as headsets, internet connectivity, or system access

• Strong, accurate typing and data entry skills

SIGN ON BONUS

The position qualifies for a sign-on bonus after 90-days.

PAY RANGE:

$18 -$23 per hour and will depend on several factors including relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
