The Service Analyst 2 is an intermediate position responsible for workflow analysis of departmental systems, workforce and procedures in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to ensure accurate reporting and compliance across all product lines.

Análisis de conciliaciones bancarias y procesos contables, desarrollo de estrategias para monitoreo de procesos, desarrollar operaciones contables y de sistemas.
– Creación de reportes y presentaciones.
– Seguimiento de diferencias contables.
– Detención de riesgos en procesos contables.
– Diseño de la estrategia de monitoreo.
– Creación de tablas dinámicas y cálculos de costos.
– Conciliaciones contables.
Conocimiento contable y experiencia en conciliaciones bancarias.
Manejo de herramientas internas "FULL SUITE, Ondemand"
Conocimientos de funcionalidades del sistema 500,84,87, 701, 702, 335
Experiencia en participacion con equio multidisciplinario
*Manejo de herramientas OFFICE
*Habilidades de comunicación
*Conocimiento en herramietas de bases de datos (Fullsuite, Ondemand,Intelar)
*Comunicación efectiva con equipos externos e internos y disponibilidad para aprender nuevos procesos
