Our Newest Opportunity: 

This role focuses on supporting individual clients and their advisors in providing advanced investment expertise, analysis, and solutions. Utilizing OneDigital Investment Advisors investment platform, this position builds relationships with advisors. Additionally, the role involves executing buy/sell trade orders, managing cash, and communicating with advisors, clients, and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):

  • Become a subject matter expert on OneDigital’s investment platform and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with advisors to ensure efficient and effective platform utilization.
  • Conduct in-depth portfolio and asset allocation discussions with advisors.
    Leverage your knowledge to craft tailored investment plans aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with financial advisors, becoming an indispensable partner in their client service efforts.
  • Execute buy/sell trade orders in client accounts invested in investment models and strategies with underlying investments in ETFs, Mutual Funds, US and global stocks.
  • Execute model rebalancing orders of investment models managed by in-house portfolio managers and sourced from external money managers.
  • Strive toward process improvement and operational efficiency within the entire trade life cycle from order generation, execution, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with operations, compliance, and client service as required, including client cash needs daily.
  • Prepare reports and handle projects, as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex investment data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Deep understanding of fiduciary governance principles and best practices in financial management.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated discipline maintaining client information in a CRM, Salesforce preferred.
  • Proven success with multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
  • Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Business travel up to 25%.
  • Understanding of market structure and regulatory environment, transaction costs, and settlement process.
  • Strong proficiency using trading applications and Microsoft Excel.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant experience in retirement plan service.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment management including working with advisors and various investment vehicles (ETFs, Mutual Funds, Model Portfolios, Institutional Accounts, Commingled Funds)
  • Minimum 3 years trading or related experience in utilizing algorithmic and block trading with a clear understanding of best execution standards and practices.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
