IMC Marketing Director, DACH & Poland - 12 month FTC

Frankfurt / Hybrid 

The IMC Marketing Director, Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC) is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for planning and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.  This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are cohesive and aligned with business objectives. You’ll be responsible for developing ATL comms and will work with the channel specialists to deploy all other media channels (PR, Media, Social, Performance, Trade marketing) at a regional and country level where needed. The role will be responsible for DACH and Poland region. 

 

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES): 

 

Integrated Marketing Strategy: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's marketing and business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership to define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) around NPD launches and core trading across the region 

Campaign Development: 

  • Lead the planning and execution of regional integrated marketing campaigns that span various communication channels. Be responsible for delivering ATL and working closely with local countries and channel specialists on PR, Social, Media to deliver through the line campaigns 
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals. 
  • Work with local countries to implement campaigns through the regional hub 
  • Set out a clear message hierarchy and test all creative work before it goes live to ensure it lands effectively with consumers 
  • Oversee all creative execution to ensure this is consistent and in conjunction with the Creative Director 

Content Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that provides engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms. 
  • Collaborate with social media team to ensure content and messaging aligns with brand identity and audience needs. 
  • Plan and develop creative and content for regional campaigns 

Integrated Marketing: 

  • Oversee the campaign development and integration of creative and media at a regional level to ensure we are maximizing the full impact of our media investment through the line. 
  • Collaborate with channel specialists (PR, Social, Media, D2C, Trade Marketing) to optimize all campaigns 

Measurement and Analytics: 

  • Establish KPIs and regularly assess the effectiveness of integrated marketing efforts. 
  • Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize campaigns. 

Budget Management: 

  • Develop and manages the regional DACH and Polan integrated marketing budget at a campaign and channel level ensuring cost-effective strategies and compliance with financial guidelines. 
  • Report back on budget spends, net sales full funnel budget plans, learnings, forecast and correlation of sales within weekly read outs 
  • Pivot and manage budget daily to ensure efficient ROI and spend across all categories within Shark and Ninja 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with product teams, sales, and other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company goals. 
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather input. 

 

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS): 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. 
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communication roles 
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, content management systems, and analytics tools. 
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience in relevant sectors 
  • Familiarity with emerging marketing communication trends and technologies. 
  • EMEA experience preferred 
  • Travel will be essential
