The opportunity
For our Service business unit based in Lodi we are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating sales opportunities within the designated areas, focusing on the installed base penetration (IB).

How you'll make an impact

  • In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager implement Service sales strategy. Penetrate IB, promote various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer. Understand the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepare sales plans, review them and propose recovery plan(s) when needed;
  • Be responsible for the driving, implementing, reporting and monitoring of the progress of the service sales strategy, developing trends for identifying and winning new business, developing contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards;
  • Identify, discuss, review and negotiate the contract baseline and other documents to ensure compliance with respect to maximizing the financial and operational performance. Document any changes/amendments that happen during contract execution;
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams and the client’s own representatives;
  • Build long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

Your background

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Management Engineering or similar (technical background is required);
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales roles, preferably inside the industrial field;
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (B2/C1);
  • Proactivity, resilience, customer oriented mindset and outstanding communication skills are required.
