What would you do? • Work with Leadership team to drive the digital marketing strategy for the brand in India • Ownership of brand digital channels and content • Drive and grow a team of digital marketers • Analytics driven approach to campaigns and content • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders • Management of agencies, including identifying new partners to work with Ideation and implementation of digital PR for the brand • Leverage latest in digital marketing (tools, technology, content partnerships) • Create solutions for targeted marketing online • Hands on knowledge on Content Authoring domain knowledge on different platforms In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for? • 12- 15 years of experience in helping brands drive their digital marketing strategy as well as managing, growing digital talent. • Exposure to agency side work and contacts with digital publications, publishers and agencies is a huge plus
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
