Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) AH-64 Singapore Sustainment Program is looking for a Lead Project Management Specialist to join our team in Mesa, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as the project focal for the AH-64DSN Life Extension Program (LEP)
  • Oversee Charge Account Manager (CAM) cost and schedule performance including with monthly EAC updates
  • Facilitate Risk, Issue, and Opportunity management and execution among the AH-64DSN Sustainment and Engineering IPT
  • Liaise between AH-64DSN Sustainment (BGS) and partner Development team (BDS) maintaining communication and performance
  • Lead AH-64DSN LEP Program Management Meetings (PMM) including weekly PMM, EAC reviews, and customer PMR’s, as required.
  • Coordinate contractual needs between contracts, Program Management teams, customer and subcontractor
  • Ensure program schedule milestones are achieved per the baseline and escalate issues as required
  • Ensure all applicable Contract Date Requirements List (CDRL’s) are submitted to customer per requirement by appropriate CAM’s
  • Presenting project or team status to other Boeing teams, functions, management, and organizations, as well as customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, help needed, and changes to plan

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
  • Experience developing presentations for leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience
  • Experience working with and/or managing supply chain processes and functions
  • Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means
  • Experience managing contractual deliverables
  • Experience in sustainment or retrofit
  • Willing and able to support occasional phone calls during non-business hours (evenings and early mornings)
  • Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time both domestically and internationally

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $127,050
