The Attorney Talent Coordinator is an integral part of the Attorney Talent team and supports all aspects of on-the-job attorney development strategies and engagement, including onboarding and integration, career development, retention and promotion for our attorneys across the Americas. The coordinator will report into the Director, Attorney Talent – Americas and Manager of Attorney Talent and collaborate with the broader US-based legal People team.

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including one hour for lunch with flexibility for additional hours and travel.

In Washington, DC, the annualized salary range for this position is $53,000 to $67,500 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
