The Opportunity
 

We’re splitting our current facilities role into Hard Services and Soft Services specialisations. This Soft Services position leads all front‑of‑house service delivery at 832 Wellington Street, West Perth—managing the experience, presentation and performance standards across Security Concierge, Member Concierge, Cleaning and Valet in partnership with our contracted suppliers. Your mission is to keep the place immaculate, welcoming and running smoothly—every day.
Location & Hours: West Perth HQ (832 Wellington Street) with on‑site leadership of FOH vendors; 9.30am – 5.30pm M-F with flexibility for events or critical works as needed


What will you be doing?

  • Lead front‑of‑house operations for West Perth, ensuring a seamless, courteous and safe experience for employees, members and visitors across Security Concierge, Member Concierge, Cleaning and Valet.
  • Manage vendors and SLAs—set standards, run reviews, coach providers and drive continuous improvement; ensure adequate coverage plans and escalation protocols are in place for unplanned absences/events.
  • Own presentation standards—maintain immaculate standards in lobby, lifts, corridors, amenities, meeting rooms and EOT facilities; schedule quality checks and corrective actions.
  • Oversee access and concierge processes—partner with Security to uphold RAC protocols for access management, visitor handling, card issuance and incident logs.
  • Coordinate member/VIP hosting—support meetings, executive guests and events; ensure wayfinding, room turns, set‑ups and service touches are on point.
  • Close the loop on feedback—monitor surveys and service feedback, resolve issues quickly and communicate improvements to stakeholders.
  • Champion safety and compliance—embed safe work practices for FOH activities and support building procedures (warden/evac support with Security Concierge).
  • Run the admin—raise and track work via Facilities processes and collaboration tools; maintain accurate records, purchase orders and FOH inventories.


What are we looking for in you?

  • Hospitality or service‑operations pedigree—e.g., hotel front‑of‑house/guest services, venue operations, premium retail or corporate concierge leadership.
  • Proven vendor management experience across cleaning/concierge/security/valet with a strong grasp of SLAs, KPIs and service recovery.
  • Polished service mindset—impeccable attention to detail, pride in presentation standards and an ability to coach others to deliver five‑star experiences.
  • Stakeholder savvy—clear, friendly communicator who builds trust with executives, front‑line teams and suppliers; able to prioritise and resolve issues fast.
  • Safety confidence—working knowledge of safe work practices and FOH risk controls.
  • Tech comfort—MS 365 collaboration tools; familiar with ticketing/service workflows and basic financial admin (POs/invoices).

Desirable

  • Experience coordinating access/ID processes and partnering with security providers.
  • Exposure to corporate facilities/office environments.
