Job Description

The Learning Services Specialist provides strategic and operational support to deliver high-quality technical service training experiences for customers and internal stakeholders in the North America and Canada Market.

Your role:

  • You will act as a key user in the Learning Services process, managing planning and scheduling, registration and enrollment, and course delivery for complex or large training activities, supporting work instructions, processes, and key performance indicators.

  • You will work closely with project management teams, Business Unit Services Education Managers, and stakeholders, supporting project implementation and governance activities.

  • You will coordinate onboarding for new hires and shadowing activities with partners, ensuring a smooth learning and integration experience.

  • You will support automation, dashboards, and reporting by monitoring and maintaining business analytics tools.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in learning services, planning, business operations, or a related professional services environment.

  • Your skills include learning services coordination, project support, scheduling, stakeholder collaboration, proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Copilot, Power Automated, Power BI) and Learning Management Systems tools (TEDS, Docebo, Cornerstone, etc.), and you are interested in automation, reporting, continuous improvement and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, learning services, planning or a related field.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

  • You’re comfortable working independently, supporting decision-making, and collaborating across teams to deliver the right solutions for customers.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
