What You Will Do: 

  • Devise Strategies: Create and manage a social media calendar and publish content across platforms.
  • Design Campaigns: Develop social campaigns using various marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate: Work with content developers to produce engaging social content.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain connections with regional content creators, community leaders, and advocates.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.
  • Player Interviews: Interview players to gather insights and improve community engagement.
  • Community Insights: Provide feedback on community sentiment and suggestions.
  • Data-Driven: Use analytics to enhance key community metrics.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks as needed to support the team, enhance our social media presence, and other Global community team tasks

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in community management, marketing, advertising, or a related role in the gaming industry.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with major social media channels.
  • Language: Native speaker of Traditional Chinese to effectively communicate with local users.
