We’re looking for a talented and motivated Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Intern to join Wildlife’s team working on collaborations across sports, entertainment, and global brands.
Our partnerships bring some of the world’s most recognizable intellectual properties (IPs), franchises, sporting events, athletes and personalities into our games, creating unique experiences for millions of players around the world.
In this role, you will support initiatives that connect Wildlife’s games with athletes, entertainment studios, brands, and other IP holders. You will work closely with the Partnerships lead and collaborate with teams across product, marketing, legal, and operations to help bring these collaborations to life.
You will also gain exposure to how partnerships and licensing deals are structured with athletes, sports organizations, brands, and major entertainment studios.
What you’ll do
- Support the execution of partnership and licensing initiatives across Wildlife’s games
- Conduct research on potential partners, including athletes, entertainment franchises, brands, and media companies
- Help map and analyze IP opportunities that could be integrated into our games
- Prepare structured documents and analyses to support partnership discussions and internal decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal, and operations) to help ensure partnerships are executed smoothly
- Track deliverables and timelines for ongoing collaborations with external partners
- Support the team in monitoring trends in sports, entertainment, gaming, and pop culture that could lead to new partnership opportunities
- Assist with operational tasks such as organizing materials, maintaining internal documentation, and summarizing partnership initiatives
What you’ll need
- Graduation: Between Jul 2027 and Dec 2027
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
- Sense of ownership and ability to follow through on open items
- Fluent in English and Portuguese. A significant part of the role will involve working in English
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to structure information clearly and approach problems with logical and analytical thinking
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership. Able to move projects forward and follow up on open items when working with multiple teams
- Ability to stay organized and attentive while coordinating initiatives that involve different stakeholders and priorities
Nice to have
- Interest in sports (particularly tennis), entertainment, gaming, or pop culture
- Experience with customer research projects, data-analysis tools/languages, or business analysis
- Previous internship experience in consulting, startups, marketing, or business roles
