Israel Air Force- F100 Field Service Representative – (FSR)

Responsible for the informal training of base personnel on techniques pertaining to the installation, operation, maintenance, adjustment, calibration, troubleshooting, bench check, inspection and repair of the prime equipment/systems

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Provide constant analysis of customer maintenance practices in order to improve the quality of engine operation and maintenance, recommending changes as applicable and advise on the use of tools and support equipment associated with maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of the engine.
• Demonstrate the best methods for performing maintenance tasks, in compliance with technical procedures. Emphasize safety precautions required during the performance of operation and maintenance tasks.
• Use self-initiative and judgment to identify problems, conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes, generate recurring reports on all engine related activities, and coordinate solutions between P&W Sustainment Program     Managers, Customer Support Engineering (CSE), and Systems Group
• Provide leadership and technical support to resolve technical and logistics issues involving the Intermediate and Organizational levels of operation.
• Interpret applicable specifications, processes, methods, procedures, technical order work packages, and other information related to maintenance and operation tasks.
• Utilize performance tools to help review and troubleshoot engine faults pre and post flight ensuring data is transmitted to performance team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management, or some combination
• 5+ years’ experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes with demonstrated business success.
• International business experience as well as previous customer-facing and program management experience
• Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree/Technical degree or experience
• Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
• Experience in pricing strategy, negotiations for sustainment contracts
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment
• Proven organizational and project management skills
• Forwarding thinking, strategic planning experience & data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills

This is a local job, that will be performed locally mostly in Tel Aviv, Israel. All Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Israel. The company will not sponsor for Immigration or support relocation.
