What You Will Do:
This Partner role is designed for a senior healthcare leader with deep client credibility and a builder’s mindset. The mandate integrates two responsibilities: owning and growing strategic healthcare client relationships, and defining, building, and scaling a new market offering focused on Workforce & Human Transformation in the AI era. The goal is to help healthcare organizations reimagine work and drive better outcomes.
The leader will achieve value through growth and trust in key healthcare client relationships, leading Workforce & AI Transformation offering across the Health Segment, bridging functional ability with technology adoption, firm‑level credibility and executive influence, and a new capability that others can sell and deliver.
Client Leadership & Growth
The Partner serves as the senior executive responsible, the client partner, for a portfolio of priority healthcare clients, responsible for relationship strength, account performance, and delivery outcomes.
Key Expectations:
Build and sustain long-term, trust-based C‑suite relationships
Lead account strategy, sales contracting, revenue growth, and margin performance across advisory, technology and managed service offerings
Oversee delivery quality and empower teams
Drive predictable outcomes and overall account health
Delivery value to clients

Improved economics and account growth
High satisfaction and credibility at the executive level
Market Builder: Workforce & Human Transformation in the AI Era
This is a build‑and‑scale mandate focused on the human implications of AI across healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell offering and related services across healthcare practice areas
Develop a pragmatic perspective on how AI reshapes operating models, roles, skills, compensation, and change management
Convert that perspective into commercially practical services (diagnostics, roadmaps, implementation support) and bridge to transformative sales of advisory, technology and managed services
Shape go‑to‑market positioning and collaborate with healthcare, tech, and AI leaders
Act as a visible thought leader internally and externally
Success Indicators:
Offering sales and revenue growth
Differentiated and scalable offering adopted by the market
Clear method and reusable assets
Strong internal momentum across practice
What You Will Need:
Has hands on consulting and leadership experience
Program Management experience managing multi-work streams, complex programs to successful completion and achieving planned outcomes and client satisfaction.
Passionate about healthcare transformation and understands the lifestyle it takes to push change through
Successful executive management consulting leader with accountability for building the team and the solution measurable year to year growth at sustainable profit margins.
Must demonstrate a disciplined, purposeful approach (methodology) to break down problems, systematically create business strategy, and /or build operations/processes, and/or modernize technology enablers and execute projects successfully with shown qualitative and quantitative metrics.
You will need to have sold consulting like change and built strong client relationship at the executive levels - demonstrated by persuading boards and C suites to action
10+ yrs. of health industry leadership experience
Need to travel by airplane, car or train (50%)
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college required
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Significant experience and relationships at the executive levels
Master's Degree preferred
Preference will be given to candidates living near near Guidehouse office
