This position is accountable for leading a Reporting and Analytics team that partners with business clients to deliver reporting and analytical insights to support effective business decisions.

What You Will Do:
Oversee Lead performance reporting and analysis team members in multiple locations to effectively the design and delivery of dashboards, reports and analysis that analyze supporting business functions and performance metrics, clearly presenting results and identifying trends by transforming data from various sources to interactive insights.
Identifying interdependencies of new / current client requests with existing PSR products and results, finding ways to leverage and enhance existing reporting.
Identify opportunities to apply reporting and analytics capabilities to improve process, automate manual work, provide self-service functionality, implement predictive business analytics and improve data quality.
Provide functional and project support to clients, ensuring successful delivery of required reporting and analysis that supports the strategic objectives of the business.
Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting and analysis, helping manage data integrity.
Coordinate the efforts of the Reporting Team, Analytics Team and consult with the Performance Measurement team to ensure work performed by the broader Performance and Compliance team is delivered efficiently and is integrated into the overall plan and needs of a broad client base.
Provide technical oversight, leveraging experience with analytics tools and data model knowledge to identify options and alternatives to meet client needs and expectations.
Build a strong, highly productive Reporting and Analytics team focused on stakeholder engagement and partnership and delivering impactful results.
Manage day-to-day workload, issues and conflicts, driving successful achievement of assigned projects/tasks by required deadlines, and prioritizing work aligned to goals and objectives.
Provide continuous growth and development opportunities with coaching and timely feedback to support the success and future advancement of team members.
Build trust and collaborative relationships with stakeholders including internal / external clients, contractors, and alliance partners.
Work closely with PSR peers and team members to identify data quality issues, and support management of clean-up activities.
Provide leadership coverage and coordination with peers within the PSR team.
Assist team members with the translation of business requirements into technical solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Clearly communicate results of analysis to senior leaders, providing suggestions for opportunities for improvement based on the data.
Who You Are:
You will have the following education and experience:
University degree and minimum of seven or more years of directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and progressive experience.
Experience with Analytics tools such as PowerBI and Business Objects.
Experience managing a team and achieving team goals and/or other relevant people leadership responsibilities.
Excellent leadership skills required to lead a team of 5-7 fulltime and contract team members with bold targets and strict deadlines.
In-depth experience with Operations, Engineering and Finance.
Excellent communication, issue/problem resolution, presentation and analytical skills.
Ability to establish and maintain good client and vendor relationships.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once, under constant deadline pressures.
Thorough understanding Maximo and Click
Preferred experience with SQL.
