The Lead People Support Representative operates under the direction of the Manager and assists in the daily workflow of all aspects of the People Support Center processes and procedures. Serves as a resource for other People Support Representatives and handles complex inquiries and requests related to HR policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with leaders and employees.

  • Qualifications:

  • High School level of education required, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  •  Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience leading initiatives or projects preferred
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices, Federal/State employment laws and regulatory guidelines
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and HRIS software) and strong recordkeeping skills
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive information appropriately and respectfully.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills supporting a population with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, follow up, organize time, and track large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foresight to anticipate next steps and initiative to take the lead to keep projects moving.
  • Strong analytical ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised, exercising a moderate degree of discretion and independent judgment

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducts onboarding with candidates to collect and verify required documentation and assists candidates with completion of onboarding tasks, processing of new hire forms and other required paperwork as needed for more complex situations and/or affiliates.
  • Coordinates onboarding of internal and external candidates with recruitment team and communicates onboarding status.
  • Conducts audits of HR processes to ensure accuracy and completeness to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organization standards
  • Assists in orientation (collecting and verifying information).
  • Enters new hire information and employee information changes, updates and renewals in HRIS.
  • Sets-up, maintains, and audits employee personnel files.
  • Assists in the management of call/fax and email volume for employee and manager HR inquiries.
  • Assists in the management of daily onboarding operations
  • Coordinates and oversees projects to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Serves as subject matter expert for HRIS project
  • Backs up Manager, HR Service Center.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
