Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions like Digital Passport System (DPS) & Digital Factory to become its global solution for global traceability, from suppliers to end-customers. DPS is a cloud-based platform that attaches unique digital identity and critical quality information to each of our products and allows immediate end-to-end identification and location of affected units if quality issues were detected.
We are looking for a Technical Leader who will drive the design and implementation of advanced digital solutions within the High Voltage Products domain. This role focuses on system integration, and guiding development best practices, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical direction and mentoring to developers, while collaborating closely with architects and cross-functional teams.
As Technical Development Lead, you will shape the technical vision and ensure seamless integration of systems and applications for the HV Business Unit. Your role is pivotal in establishing best practices, fostering technical excellence, and enabling innovation.
Implement enterprise-grade applications in the manufacturing domain.
Help to define and maintain technical standards, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Drive integration strategies, guaranteeing interoperability, performance, and security across all components.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, promoting continuous learning and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with technical analysts to define operational procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Anticipate technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to optimize operations.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, security standards, and best practices.
Degree in Software Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise-grade applications, preferably in manufacturing.
Deep expertise in cloud computing and custom software development.
Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Technology stack: Azure (APIM, az. Functions, WebApps, Service Bus, Events, KeyVaults, Container App Environment, …), .NET Core, Az. DevOps, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and also other technologies like Terraform, Microservices architecture, DDD, Full Stack development, last versions of Angular framework.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with architects and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development projects is highly valued.
Commitment to quality, security, and continuous improvement.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
