What you'll do...
Role Summary:The Director, Product Analytics leads the development and execution of data strategies that Leverage cutting edge analytics with an unbiased, experimentation mindset to Lean Test, Measure, and Launch Omnichannel products. This role oversees advanced Product analytics, and visualization initiatives to support informed decision-making across multiple domains and Walmart's Global segments . By translating complex business requirements into actionable analytics solutions, the Director fosters collaboration with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact. The position also mentors teams, promotes best practices in AI adoption and Product Analytics, and champions continuous improvement to enhance Walmart’s data capabilities and overall business performance.
About the team:The Product Analytics team applies advanced AI-enabled data science with an objective, experimentation-driven approach to develop and optimize omnichannel products and features. This team integrates product strategy, measurement, and visualization expertise to deliver actionable insights that support business goals. Collaborating across functions, the team leverages cutting-edge analytics and project management skills to test, measure, and launch innovative solutions. Members are committed to rigorous AI enabled analysis, continuous improvement, and clear communication to drive impactful outcomes in a dynamic environment focused on data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do:
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in Experiment design in an Omnichannel environment, advanced product analytics to drive business insights and decisions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, including Python libraries and BI platforms, to communicate complex data effectively.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL, with the ability to identify and validate data sources.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable data initiatives and experiments designs aligned with organizational goals.
- Expertise in project management to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members on analytics best practices and data storytelling.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 7 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 2 years' supervisory experience.
