Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Program and manage Columbia community program with best-in-class content, leveraging global guidelines and support. Operate consumer experiential marketing events and manage community to build brand advocates. Plan & produce related marketing contents for social/online, in-store and brand communications.
  • Collaborate with the team & Ecommerce team members to maximize the internal resource to build the best-in-class program, the use of the created community contents and induce traffic to website.
  • Leverage global consumer activation references & resources.
  • Integrate athletes and influencers into social activations for key story amplification.
  • Support Brand Marketing Manager in leading cross functional campaigns as needed; work with key marketing stakeholders to align on project briefing, budget, communications and creative status; align key calendar dates with deliverables and communicates channel obligations from a regional perspective; may include creative concepts and marketing tool kits, etc.
  • Actualize and project the consumer activation marketing budget and spend for accurate maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Partner closely and work collaboratively with Merchant & Ecommerce to identify seasonal product stories which should be included in regional consumer activation programs.
  • Lead & team with agency partners to drive consumer-oriented approach to engage a range of target audiences to meet marketing objectives in brand activations.

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline. Requires 3+ years marketing or communications related experience. Working experience in a global company, fashion industry is   preferrable. Requires proficiency in both spoken and written English. Completion of or exemption from compulsory military service is required.

Job Scope:

Job involves a medium degree of complexity in dealing with new and sometimes quite demanding situations, as well as recurring situations. Operates through established procedures and implements the development of new ones depending on the situation being worked with at the time. Job tasks are performed based on self-discipline, under a mid-degree of supervision. Decisions are made within prescribed company policy guidelines and constraints. Errors in judgment or the performance of job duties may lead to customer non-acceptance, inefficiency and delays in the production process, and a negative impact on the business goal achievements.

Must have excellent written and verbal communications, organization, and presentation skills. Must have mental capability to troubleshoot and solve problems of high complexity or difficulty. Requires consumer-driven innovation and strategic thinking. Ability to lead and influence others is required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts: both domestically and on an international scope.
