What the Role Entails

• Deploy and manage on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, virtualization, etc.)

• Maintain and monitor local office networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) with a focus on performance and security

• Support and automate build/test environments and development pipelines used by game engineers and artists (e.g., Perforce, Git, Jenkins, Unity/Unreal CI)

• Collaborate with global and local teams to design reliable and scalable R&D environments

• Work with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with IT security policies and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for complex infrastructure issues impacting production or development

• Manage hardware lifecycle (servers, NAS, high-performance workstations, network gear)

• Support remote access solutions (e.g., Parsec, NICE DCV) for distributed development teams

• Document infrastructure architecture, SOPs, and technical standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 3+ years in IT infrastructure or systems engineering roles, preferably in a game studio or creative industry

• Solid experience with:

• -Windows & Linux server administration

  -VMware or other virtualization platforms

  -Office and R&D network management (switching, firewalls, VLANs)

  -CI/CD environments (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar)

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments

• Familiarity with source control systems like Perforce and Git

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Good communication in English, both verbal and written

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus
