We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our Professional Services team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Senior Manager, Program Management.  While managing a small subset of engagements you will also play an instrumental role in leading our N. American Program Management team to ensure customer implementation success, including overall budget responsibility, statement of work authoring, risk mitigation, profitability and developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your leadership will support them in their mission of turning customers into fans during the onboarding and refinement phases of the customer journey.  You will partner with your peers to ensure successful handoffs from sales to delivery and delivery to support with the joint mission to create an exceptional customer experience that drives positive business outcomes for the customer. 
The national minimum salary is $173,500 a year + bonus and benefits. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
