Job Summary
• This role is responsible for developing new software solutions and services using cloud software development techniques. As a part of software cloud engineering team, the role designs, builds, and manages cloud systems and infrastructure including software, services, and solutions designed for flexibility, scalability, and resiliency to support current and future business needs in automated, repeatable way.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 to10 years of experience in data science, with a significant portion dedicated to roles such as Data Architect, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer. A strong portfolio demonstrating the design and implementation of advanced data solutions is essential.
  • Deep expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, database design, and the application of big data technologies. Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is a must.
  • Advanced knowledge in ETL tools, SQL/NoSQL databases, and proficient in programming languages relevant to data science and AI.
  • Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and current Gen AI concepts, indicating a strong grasp of the latest advancements and their practical applications.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing frameworks, and data visualization tools, with the ability to apply these in innovative ways to solve complex problems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset that excels in uncovering insights from data.
  • Outstanding leadership qualities, with the ability to guide teams towards achieving their goals through effective communication and collaboration.
  • A demonstrated passion for continuous learning, with a curiosity to explore unknowns and push boundaries in the field of Data Science and Gen AI. This includes staying abreast of the latest research, technologies, and methodologies to drive innovation.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with implementing AI solutions in a business context, translating technical insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices, including understanding the importance of bias mitigation, fairness, and transparency in AI models.
  • Ability to mentor and develop talent within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Proven track record of contributing to or leading research projects in AI, with publications in peer-reviewed journals or major conferences a plus.
